Welcome to the Really Useful Resources website. By purchasing books from Really Useful Resources Limited, the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 :
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where "business" is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.
- Returns :
Purchasers may only return books if they are either faulty or damaged. The books must be returned within 7 days of their delivery in their original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered. The original documentation must be included. Please contact us first so that we are aware of the reason for their return. Returns should be sent to our physical address: Really Useful Resources, 334 West Melton Rd, RD5 Rolleston, Christchurch.
- Refunds :
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Really Useful Resources.
- Delivery Address :
Delivery will normally be made within 7 working days of receipt of the order, depending on the availability of stock. If a book is not in stock it will be placed on "back order" unless otherwise the purchaser specifically requests that it not be. All back orders will be dispatched as soon as Really Useful Resources receives the books from the supplier. If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Really Useful Resources, then Really Useful Resources shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.
- Mailing Cash :
Really Useful Resources does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the customer does mail cash, Really Useful Resources accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or non-delivery of mailed cash.
- GST :
For New Zealand delivery addresses, all prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.
- Account Holders :
Accounts must be paid in full by the 20th of the following month following date of invoice. An invoice will accompany the goods. Please contact us if you wish to open an account.
- Transfer of Ownership :
The goods remain the property of Really Useful Resoruces until paid in full.
